ITSA Northwest Regional Series
We would like to announce the new Northwest Regional Series.
Fred Martinson and Jim Lipscomb have requested to pay ITSA regional points at the Casper, Wyoming and Tooele, Utah AHRMA Nationals. This gives us a five round Northwest Regional Series.
The dates are August 30,31 and September 1 for Wyoming and September 5 and 6 for Utah.
We are updating the calender so check it for details.
Please make plans to attend these great events and support their efforts.
Paris Trial 2008.....
Well, Fearless Charlie pulled it off!
We had a ball and a heck of a trial and a great time in Paris at the Nash Farm. On Saturday evening The National Guard had smoked ribs and potato salad, beans and other mucho edibles. Then there was the campfire later, where the Boy Scouts were kind enough to feed us peach cobbler and cherry crisp. Needless to say we all went to our campers and tents fat and happy.
Then on Sunday we got to experience the devious mind that runs around in Charlie Nash's head. The sections were way challenging and they took plenty of points off of everybody. There were great trophies and door-prizes too!
Go ahead and start planning to attend The Paris Trial in 2009, as Charlie is already scheming for a 2-day affair.
Thanks Charlie!

2008 North American Championship!
The first two rounds of ITSA's North American championship are now in the books!
Great weather, friendship, and competition were the order of business for the entire weekend.
Event reports, results and photos will be posted just as soon as we have everything sorted out.
Sorry for the delay!

So, what's different about ITSA's North American Championship?
First:
It's a riders championship set up to determine the best rider in each division.
Second:
Riders mechanical skills are put to the test as most have built and prepared their machines themselves.
Third:
Four rounds in the form of 2, 2 day events comprise the entire series. All four rounds count. Holding the series in this manner makes it a more achievable goal for a greater number of riders.
Fourth:
The ITSA champions are selected totally on the riders ability. There are not free points given for any work or other non-competition activity.
Fifth:
All ITSA events are based on a family fun atmosphere. Camping, campfire, bring your instruments and play with the others who do, share ideas on bikes and have a true competition on top of all that.
Sixth:
ITSA is an association of trial riders that is run by trial riders with trials as its only focus.
Come join and be part of the future of our sport.
See you there!
